At Dr Javas Coffee House we are pleased to assist your organization, school or event with our hassle free fundraising ideas by providing you with a customized ordering experience.
What Are You Selling?
Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans, that are roasted in house at Dr Java’s Coffee House in Prince Albert Saskatchewan. Bags are 1 pound in size and sell for $22 each Ordering Choices include: Medium or Dark Roast and Whole Bean or Ground
What Makes It Customized To Your Group?
Groups provided us with 2 themed coffee names, one for a medium roast and one for a dark roast, as well as the group logo. We then create your custom coffee labels in addition to a custom link for your very own online store! Payments will be made directly to Dr. Javas and all the orders will be conveniently placed, filled and available for pick up or delivery at one time with all the order slips for your patrons.
* Paper order forms can also be printed right off the website as well for those who prefer to collect orders that way.

As with any fundraising program, start dates, cut off dates, and delivery dates factor in to the process. When we activate a fundraiser we custom print order forms if needed, and setup online ordering for your group, but you are always in control of your timeline. You choose your own start and end dates, as we work with you to set up your delivery date. Keep in mind, when you are ready to close your fundraiser and submit your order, our turnaround time is about 10-14 days.
