It all started 20 years ago when boy met girl...
Throughout our relationship a common passion was coffee and baking. As a young couple we always dreamed about the day that we would open up our own coffee shop/bakery, yet we never imagined that dream becoming a reality. In April of 2011 we opened the doors of Dr Java’s Coffee House for the very first time, and here we are 10 years later, going stronger than ever.
When we opened our doors in 2011 our goal was to provide exceptional products that were top quality, fresh and homemade. With both of us having a history in the industry we also knew how important customer service was. Our goal has been to create a family environment from our staff to our customers. In fact on some days you will even see our two daughters working behind the counter!!

In addition you will also often see the newest member of our family, although he sleeps on the job a lot! We are a small family run business that believes in serving the best and freshest products we can.
In 2013 we began roasting our own coffee in house, guaranteeing our customers the freshest coffee around. Chad is the coffee guy, the coffee connoisseur...have a coffee question, he is your guy! We bring in coffees from all over the world, offering our customers single origin as well as some custom blends created by Chad. This is Brandy’s area....and what goes better with coffee than a fresh out of the oven cinnamon bun or a piece of homemade cheesecake?! All of our baking is made from scratch, and our oven runs from sun up till sun down. From fresh out of the oven muffins and scones to our famous cinnamon buns, to cheesecake, to cookies and squares, we make everything with the special ingredient....love.

Fresh, Made to Order and Delicious!! From roasted in house chicken, to freshly cut produce every day, we strive to bring you the freshest healthy fast food alternative....we even have a drive thru! We offer a variety of wraps, hot grilled paninis, deli sandwiches, soups and salads. And let's not forget about our all day breakfast....the famous bagelini or breakfast wrap, and of course weekend waffles!!!
